How does Enneagram Coaching work?

Enneagram Coaching is an interactive experience where we discover your enneagram type, explore what your type means, use it to build your goals to overcome the stumbling blocks. You will be guided through guide sheets and will be asked to do some self reflecting homework. There will be Biblical references throughout each sessions.

Is it confidential?

100%! What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions, just like seeing any other coaching services.

How long does it typically take to see results?

There are 6 sessions before seeing changes. However, the time depends on the complexity of your goals and your commitment and openness to your process.

I am not a Christian, is that requirement to be part of these sessions?

No, it is not a requirement! We welcome all! However, please note that to know some of the Biblical references and realizations, it is helpful to know a bit about the Bible. No pressure though, for we are willing to explain the references in details if you are interested. We believe anyone can benefit from the encouraging words from the Bible.
